Es gibt aber auch Zeiten im Leben ganz “normaler” Menschen, in denen man wenig oder keine Pausen machen kann. Zeiten, die unseren vollen Einsatz (er-)fordern, oftmals zum Wohle unserer Nächsten.
Ob wir diesen Einsatz erbringen wollen, müssen wir selber entscheiden.
Wenn wir dies gerne tun, ist diese Belastung für eine gewisse Zeit auszuhalten.
Uns selber sollten wir dabei jedoch nicht gänzlich aus dem Blick verlieren und hin und wieder tief durchatmen.
